Youth Holiday Program Rules

• Must be age infant to 17 years old and must be in attendance at the event on Dec. 17th to receive a holiday gift (keepsake).
• Youth must have a bleeding disorder or be an immediate family member or grandkid of someone with a bleeding disorder to participate.
• Requested keepsakes for children (infants to 12 years old) must be valued at $20 or less. Keepsake availability is not guaranteed. A similar item will be provided if the original item requested is not obtainable. Holiday keepsake certificates will be available for youth ages 13 to 17.
• RSVP for each youth participant in this holiday portion of the event by completing the keepsake description request to assist in making this a great event for our youth of all ages.

Families with children: Please read the above Youth Holiday Program Rules carefully and complete the information requested on the Registration Form to give us enough time to obtain your child’s preferred keepsake.

No, there is no onsite registration for this event.
