End of Year Celebration Program FAQ
Youth Holiday Program Rules
- Must be age infant to 17 years old and must be in attendance at the event on Dec. 17th to receive a holiday gift (keepsake).
- Youth must have a bleeding disorder or be an immediate family member or grandkid of someone with a bleeding disorder to participate.
- Requested keepsakes for children (infants to 12 years old) must be valued at $20 or less. Keepsake availability is not guaranteed. A similar item will be provided if the original item requested is not obtainable. Holiday keepsake certificates will be available for youth ages 13 to 17.
- RSVP for each youth participant in this holiday portion of the event by completing the keepsake description request to assist in making this a great event for our youth of all ages.

Everyone in the community: patients of all ages, their families, caretakers, are all welcome to attend!

Families with children: Please read the above Youth Holiday Program Rules carefully and complete the information requested on the Registration Form to give us enough time to obtain your child’s preferred keepsake.
Can I register onsite?
No, there is no onsite registration for this event.
